The General (Regular) English Programs at TAA are designed in accordance with the criteria set by the Common European Framework of Reference:
Learning, Teaching and Assessment’ to help learners describe the levels of language proficiency by existing standards, tests and examinations in order to facilitate comparisons between different systems of qualifications.
The Programs for Children at TAA are designed in accordance with the newest teaching methods, primarily aiming to help children enjoy the language they are learning.
Since July 2006, the Internet based version of the TOEFL test (TOEFL iBT) has been in effect in Turkey.
There are four sections (Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking) in the Test.
TOEFL iBT is also given at the
Turkish-American Association.
